“We could all use more coaching.”
– Richard Thaler
I never set out to become a life coach or a motivational speaker. I just discovered a love for helping people along the way.
Just as with her motivational speaking, Becky fell into coaching quite by accident. While engaged in her own personal journey of self-discovery, Becky came across the bold and holistic new world of ontological coaching and decided to give it a try. It didn’t take long before this new methodology left an impact upon her.
Becky was struck by how transformative and comprehensive the ontological approach was, especially in comparison to the other types of coaching she’d encountered. Rather than just focusing on feelings and attitudes, ontological coaching took into account the multi-dimensional nature of people, addressing the biological, linguistic, emotional, somatic, cultural, and historic aspects that all play a role in making us who we are, and more importantly, mitigating the way we relate to others and the world around us.

When the suppressed entrepreneur within her awakened, Becky was able to recognize the value ontology could bring to the field of personal coaching, and she wanted to be a part of it. But mostly, she wanted to help others.
And so she has.
